LSI grants its first Wish Reveal through Make-a-Wish Foundation

Starting in 2019, the entire LSI / LSI Graphics team started collecting funds to grant a Wish Reveal for a little boy or girl through Make-a-Wish Mid-South . Well, last week, we finally got our chance to do just that for our very own hero, Benjamin!

Benjamin, at the young age of six-years-old, is fighting cystic fibrosis. However, that doesn’t stop him from wanting to be a superhero. So we helped Benjamin get his wish by turning LSI into the “League of Super Individuals” and Benjamin into “The Incredible Benjamin”!

Once suited up, The Incredible Benjamin joined the other League of Super Individuals for a quick mission briefing, and then set out to conquer three feats of strength around the office.

He smashed through cars …

He fought a T-Rex and King Kong …

And tore his way through a 10’ tall “brick wall” with his bare hands, in turn saving a damsel in distress.

For his heroic deeds he was granted a meeting with “The Incredible Bulk” and “Lieutenant Tennessee” who gifted our newfound hero with what he always wanted: A trip for him and his family to visit Universal Studios and meet his favorite heroes, The Incredible Hulk and Captain America!

The entire experience was thrilling, emotional, and humbling. We can’t wait for the opportunity to grant our next wish. We also have a sneaking suspicion that this hero’s journey has only just begun.
