2. Data Collection & Purpose

We collect your mobile number only to communicate with you by text about your specific request. Messages may include quote details, photo and artwork exchanges, proofs, and order updates. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

3. Opt-in Method & Consent

LSI Graphics does not text anyone who has not asked us to. Customers first contact LSI Graphics by phone or email. During that conversation, a customer may ask to communicate with their LSI Graphics sales representative by text, for example to send photos for a quote. Before texting, the representative confirms verbally:

"I can text you from my LSI business line. You'll only receive messages about your request. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time."

The representative records the customer's consent, including the date, phone number, and representative name. The first text we send confirms the opt-in and includes HELP and STOP instructions. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Customers may also opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our sign-up form at SMS Consent.

4. No Marketing & No Data Sharing

  • We do not send marketing messages.

  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

  • Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

  • Your information may be shared with our messaging service provider solely to deliver messages.

5. Opt-Out & Help

  • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us.

  • After opting out, you will receive this confirmation: "LSI Graphics: You have successfully unsubscribed and will no longer receive messages. Reply START to resubscribe."

6. Message Frequency & Fees

Message frequency varies based on your conversation with your representative. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
