Interior Graphic Inspiration for 2023
Establishing your guiding principles and culture is a critical component in defining who you are as an organization. It can mean the difference between having a culture that stagnates and one that flourishes.
Now, take those very same principles you’ve carved out and share them in a way that makes them accessible to your team daily. You’ve just taken those simple words and allowed them to become part of your team’s everyday life.
We applied this very same methodology to The Lausanne Way, Lausanne’s newest project featured in their campus breezeway.
Say more with less.
When establishing your principles, you create a simplified version of them to help quickly communicate what it is you are genuinely trying to say. This adjustment enables your guiding principles to be easier to connect with at a glance. For The Lausanne Way, they are as follows:
We create joyful and challenging learning process.
We encourage continual self-reflection.
We provide opportunity to succeed.
We embrace global mindedness.
We forge meaningful relationships.
We build character through service to others.
We empower individuals to seek their own journeys.
You’ll notice that those principles are expounded upon in each example we’ve created. This allows the viewer to understand more deeply what Lausanne’s staff members’ expectations are for themselves.
It’s worth noting that these were installed in a location with extremely high visibility and foot traffic, maximizing their overall impact.
A peek behind the scenes.
It’s one thing to see finished work when it is completed and in its final living space. Here are some shots that help show the process of creating graphics like this.
